Trudy has been a dedicated Rotarian since 2011 and is a co-founder of the Rotary Club of International Service, Impacting Women & Children. Throughout her Rotary journey, she has served in various leadership roles. Trudy is deeply passionate about empowering women, breaking down gender barriers, and challenging stereotypes and biases that have historically limited opportunities for women in society.

Steve Puls is a nationally accredited educator, consultant, and customer success professional. In his many years in education, he has worked with thousands of teachers, administrators and other key stakeholders in creating turn-key solutions steeped in educational best practices. Not one to stay seated for too long, he is always looking for opportunities to engage in“good trouble” to help serve those in need.

Board Treasurer
John was born and grew up in Carlisle, a small town in central Pennsylvania. He graduated from West Chester University before embarking on a 33 year career in the telecommunications field. John is married with 2 grown daughters. He and his wife are both retired and spend as much time as they can traveling. John joined Rotary in August of 2022 and became Treasurer of the club in October of 2022.

Board Secretary
Helen grew up in Clearfield, PA and graduated from Bloomsburg University. She currently resides
in Greece, NY, a suburb of Rochester, NY. Sharon's family includes her husband Bill and two
wonderful children, plus two amazing grandchildren. She has enjoyed 11 years as a
member of Rotary, serving in various roles. She is proud to be a Paul Harris Fellow & Major Donor.

Board Member
Sharon joined Rotary in 2011. She was President in 2015 and her District Convention was in Hershey, PA. She is also a Paul Harris Fellow. Sharon loves to knit and would like to use that ability to support women and children. ​Sharon and her husband live in Greece, NY. She is an Administrative Assistant in Trade Compliance at L3Harris Technologies, Inc.
Sharon Spencer

Membership Chair
Michelle is a founding member of the Rotary Club of International Service, Impacting Women & Children, where she currently serves as Membership Chair. Michelle is actively involved in the club's fundraising efforts. She has been co-chairing the Build-A-Chair initiative since March 2020. We are a grassroots Rotary initiative that provides custom made, in country wheelchairs for people with disabilities in Tanzania, Africa.
